Tim James, director, Nursing Executive at Oracle Health, is the co-chair of the Royal College of Nursing digital nursing forum and a fellow of the British Computer Society. He is an accomplished clinical leader and informaticist who drives digital strategy and transformation in healthcare. With more than 20 years of clinical experience in the NHS, he is passionate about leveraging digital technology to improve patient outcomes and mentor future digital leaders. At Oracle Health, he collaborates with healthcare leaders to ensure successful digital transformation and emphasises people readiness and commitment. His expertise in executive alignment, governance, change management and sustainment, combined with his practical involvement in digital implementations, enables him to advocate for clinical objectives and value achievement.
