Paul Gibson has worked for Health Education England and NHS England for more than five years as a regional lead (across the North East & Yorkshire) on the return to practice programme to support nurses and other healthcare professionals to get back into clinical roles. He has also worked across various career and education projects to develop a regional multiprofessional student council and to engage with a diverse range of higher education and career networks to promote careers in nursing, as well as supporting regional workforce development/retention.
