Lucy Brown joined the Centre for Sustainable Healthcare in March 2024 as clinical delivery lead for the KitNewCare, part of the EU funding programme for innovation and research to tackle climate change and achieve the United Nations sustainable development goals. Ms Brown is dedicated to enabling and leading sustainable change in healthcare. She is a registered children's nurse and an award-winning senior clinical leader, having held a number of director of nursing strategic posts, notably during the pandemic. She has an MSc in critical care nursing specialising in paediatrics, and received the Dorothy Clarke award for her thesis on reducing barotrauma in intubated paediatric intensive care patients. Her wealth of knowledge and experience support CSH in its mission to revolutionise healthcare delivery for a more sustainable future.
