Lee Caiger is a registered children’s nurse and worked in the NHS before joining the University of Chester practice education and simulated learning team in September 2021. He now leads the Enabling Effective Learning Environments project, which focuses on supporting the development of strategies and initiatives across Cheshire and Merseyside, aimed at enhancing learners’ experiences of practice learning.
