Josie Tatum, assistant professor in health simulation, is a registered mental health nurse with ten years of healthcare experience and, as such, she is passionate about developing simulation in the areas of mental health and well-being. She is keen to ensure simulation is accessible to all and is tailored to meet the needs of the learner. She does not shy from using low-tech modality to deliver impact and scalable results. She is particularly interested in the ethical frameworks and psychological safety surrounding simulation. She is also leading on the CovSIM events at Coventry University.
