Jemma Blake has more than 20 years’ experience in healthcare, showcasing expertise in leading and contributing to innovative projects. Her focus on stakeholder engagement, healthcare challenges and adapt solution identification underscores her commitment to advancing patient care. Having worked in information management and technology, health informatics and cardiac data management for institutions such as Alder Hey and the North West CHD Operational Delivery Network, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her current role in the innovation team. Ms Blake is project lead for Little Hearts at Home, a validated paediatric collaboration platform, connecting vulnerable infants in the community with their clinical teams. Reducing time in hospital and anxiety for families through data-driven personalised care, Little Hearts at Home is successfully deployed across north west England, North Wales and the Isle of Man.
