Dr Manju Pallam

Dr. Manju C. Pallam is a senior lecturer at Manchester Metropolitan University, recognized for her extensive contributions to healthcare education and management. She has a robust background in healthcare leadership, quality analysis, and clinical research, coupled with international experience in innovation and business development within the healthcare sector. Dr. Pallam has played a significant role in implementing strategic initiatives, including developing policies and continuous improvement frameworks for the Greater Manchester Clinical Research Network and other national projects.
In addition to her academic role, she serves as the North West Regional Lead for the Chief Nursing Officer’s Black and Minority Ethnic Strategic Advisory Group and Treasurer for the British Indian Nurses Association. She is also the international lead at Manchester Metropolitan University, reflecting her commitment to fostering global collaboration in healthcare education and practice. She has secured many national and international recognition including Honorary professorial status and NHS Windrush Awards.
