After a long career with the NHS, Carol Marston joined LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare in 2013, initially as a bank nurse before transitioning into a full-time homecare nurse role. With a strong interest in biologic therapies and their transformative impact on patients’ lives, as well as a passion for education, she seized the opportunity to move into clinical education when the chance arose.

Currently, she is lead for biologic therapies, acting as the subject matter expert for a variety of biologic and non-biologic molecules. She is the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, such as pharmaceutical companies and the NHS, overseeing nurse education, and ensuring the nursing team maintains high standards of practice.
