Andrea Mann, clinical director, Cross Gates Primary Care Network (PCN), was appointed as one of the first PCN clinical directors nationally from a nursing background in 2019 after specialising in primary care since 2002. She holds the position of managing partner at Colton Mill Medical Centre and director at Cross Gates Primary Care Ltd. She represents the PCN as a board member at Leeds GP Confederation and provides strategic and clinical leadership to the PCN at local and system level. Ms Mann still works clinically and previously held the position of head of nursing for quality and governance at Leeds Clinical Commissioning Group joining the Nurse Senate visit to Amsterdam in 2014 and presenting at the Chief Nurse Summit in 2020 on system leadership in primary care.
